About the Role

As a Digital Officer, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to plan, execute, and track high-impact digital campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, email, and organic social platforms. Your day-to-day will focus on performance marketing, campaign execution, and reporting—helping to drive both brand growth and measurable results for our boutiques and ecommerce. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, Bing Ads) 
  • Be proactive in improving paid media strategies and proposing relevant keywords 
  • Monitor SEM activity of local competitors and suggest optimizations accordingly 
  • Ensure brand guidelines are followed and integrated properly for each brand (Rolex, Tudor, Chopard, Panerai) 
  • Oversee daily posting and engagement across social media platforms 
  • Schedule digital content based on the campaign calendar 
  • Create content aligned with the digital campaign agenda 
  • Update and maintain Google My Business content regularly 
  • Work closely with Web Developers on landing pages and proper tagging 
  • Handle reporting dashboards, performance analysis, and email campaigns (Klaviyo) 
  • Optimize growth of social media followers and increase website traffic 
  • Ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns across all platforms 
  • Must be highly data-driven, organized, and proactive 
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to align digital execution with strategic goals

  • Microsoft Teams & Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Canva / Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Pinterest, LinkedIn 
  • Notion (campaign planning, content calendars) 
  • Google Calendar & Microsoft Calendar – Airtable or Monday.com (nice to have)

Who You Are 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance media 
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, especially Shopping campaigns 
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations 
  • Experience working in Microsoft Teams and within structured corporate environments

Schedule & Expectations

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday 
  • On-site at our Vancouver head office (Downtown Vancouver) 
  • Punctuality, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential
