After placing a completed order online at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
Your order will be shipped within 48 hours upon order confirmation with Priority Overnight Delivery. When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation including your tracking number will be sent to your email. Your timepiece will be delivered on the next business day after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

A product purchased from TUDOR Boutique GWC online can only be exchanged for another product or store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. The exchanged product must be unused and returned in brand-new condition.
If a link adjustment is performed, or the protective stickers are removed, the product will be considered a final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
