Are all TUDOR watches available to purchase online?

A selection of TUDOR timepieces are available online at www.globalwatchco.com/tudor. Boutique Exclusive model can only be purchased in-boutique at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC.

What does Boutique Exclusive mean?

TUDOR Boutique Exclusive watches are only available in selected “TUDOR Boutiques” worldwide. TUDOR Boutique Exclusive watches are available as an in- boutique purchase only and not sold online.

What is my bracelet size?

You may measure your bracelet size by printing the TUDOR Bracelet Sizing Guide.
What is included in my order?

All orders come with your TUDOR timepiece, TUDOR Watch Box, TUDOR User Manual, and TUDOR Guarantee Booklet and Guarantee Card.
How to identify an authentic TUDOR watch?

As an Official TUDOR retailer, all watches purchased from TUDOR GWC are authentic. The Official TUDOR Plague displayed on the retailer’s website establishes the authenticity of an Official TUDOR Retailer.
Can I authenticate my TUDOR watch at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC?

TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC does not provide any authentication service.

TUDOR watches should be only purchased from Official TUDOR Retailers, who are authorized to sell and maintain Tudor watches. With the necessary skill, training, know-how and special equipment on site, they guarantee the authenticity of each and every part of your TUDOR watch and can ensure its reliability over time.
Where can I check the serial number for my TUDOR watch?

Every TUDOR watch has its own serial number engraved on the case back. The serial number should match with your watch’s guarantee card.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?

After placing a completed order online at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.

Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours upon order confirmation with Priority Overnight Delivery. When your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation including your tracking number will be sent to your email. Your timepiece will be delivered on the next business day after you have received your shipping confirmation email.

Boutique Pick-Up

Please book an appointment to pick up your order with the link provided in your order confirmation e-mail. When you pick up your order at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, our TUDOR specialists will be happy to advise the features of your new TUDOR timepiece with you.

If you require more assistance regarding order confirmation and shipment, please contact TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, our TUDOR team will be happy to accommodate your needs.
What courier does TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC use for?

All orders will be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery.
What is the cost of shipping?

TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC provides complimentary Priority Overnight delivery across Canada for all online orders. Your timepiece will be delivered on the next business day after you have received your shipping confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?

TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC offers shipping to any Canadian address, except for P.O. Boxes.
Where is my order shipped from?

Each item is carefully inspected by TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC and shipped from Vancouver, Canada.
Can I pick up my online order at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC?

“Boutique Pick-Up” option is available as delivery option at the checkout.
What do I need to bring for boutique pick-up?
To pick up your order at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, you must book an appointment prior to your visit. (You may refer to the link on your order confirmation email.) After booking an appointment, please bring the following items to collect your order:
- Order Confirmation Email
- Electronic Invoice
- Government-issued Photo ID that matches your name on the order
Can I ship my order to P.O.box?

Unfortunately, TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, does not deliver orders to P.O. Boxes. Signature is required for all delivery.
Can I return or exchange my order?

A product purchased from TUDOR Boutique GWC online can only be exchanged for another product or store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. The exchanged product must be unused and returned in brand-new condition.

If a link adjustment is performed, or the protective stickers are removed, the product will be considered a final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To complete the exchange, please email tudor@globalwatchco.com or call +1 (604) 288-8091 stating the reasons for the exchange. The original purchase receipt must be presented for authorization of exchange. You are also welcome to process your exchange by visiting TUDOR Boutique GWC in Vancouver.

Is my TUDOR purchase include a warranty?

TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC offers five-year international guarantee with every boutique and online purchase. A Guarantee card will be enclosed with your timepiece upon purchase.
Can I service my TUDOR watch at TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC?
Through TUDOR BOUTIQUE GWC, you can access worldwide network of TUDOR trained watchmakers. We rigorously follow the TUDOR Service Procedure and ensure it meets all specifications and brand standards. Each service is handled and delivered with the utmost care, attention and professionalism.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept payment by VISA, MASTER and AMEX. All your purchases and transactions are secure by encryptions.
How much taxes do I need to pay for my order?

Taxes are charged based on which province you ship your order to. No additional fees or taxes will be charged with your order. You can calculate your total including tax at checkout.
