About the Role

GWC is seeking an experienced freelance copywriter with a refined tone and strong background in luxury ecommerce. You’ll help shape the voice of GWC across digital platforms, crafting compelling content that reflects our prestige and storytelling-driven approach. This includes writing persuasive email campaigns for high-end clientele. This is a long-term freelance position with flexible hours, ideal for a writer who understands both the elegance of luxury and the performance-driven needs of ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop editorial content aligned with GWC’s luxury tone of voice
  • Write email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
  • Craft SEO-optimized articles, landing page copy, and product descriptions
  • Contribute to brand storytelling for Rolex, Tudor, Chopard, and Panerai
  • Provide ongoing support for GWC’s new website and content updates
  • Help evolve and maintain GWC’s brand voice and content identity
  • Collaborate with the digital and marketing teams for campaign messaging
  • Join monthly or weekly meetings depending on project needs

Who You Are:

  • A luxury-focused copywriter with proven experience in luxury ecommerce
  • Skilled at writing for email marketing, including product launches and CRM flows
  • Experienced in crafting high-converting copy across multiple digital formats
  • Able to adapt and evolve a consistent, elegant tone of voice
  • SEO-aware and fluent in writing for web performance
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and confident working with remote teams
  • Familiar with Canadian luxury audiences and tone preferences
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a plus, not a requirement

Schedule & Expectations: 

This is a remote freelance role with no fixed hours, but we expect flexibility for occasional project meetings. We’re seeking a long-term partner to support ongoing marketing and ecommerce growth.
