We are now seeking an experienced and visionary Store Director to lead one of our Boutique team to uphold the high standards of excellence in luxury retail. 

About the Role

As the Store Director, you will be a key leader at GWC. Your leadership will ensure the boutique operates at the highest level of excellence, offering an exceptional experience for every client while achieving ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to build a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the boutique’s standards of excellence.
  • Leadership: Inspire and mentor the team, fostering a collaborative and motivating environment to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee all boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company and brand guidelines.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust while expanding the boutique’s client base.
  • Sales Excellence: Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with GWC’s management team to align on strategies and execute initiatives effectively.

Who You Are

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, preferably with high-end timepieces or fine jewelry.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and build cohesive teams that excel in delivering exceptional results.
  • A track record of achieving sales goals and managing team performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with luxury clientele.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure operational excellence.
