There is a beautiful elegance to the rituals that surround Mother’s Day: the bouquet chosen with intention, a shared toast, photographs to capture the moment. On May 7th, Global Watch Company brought that spirit to life at its Vancouver boutique with an intimate Mother’s Day soirée in partnership with Chopard and Dom Pérignon. Guests were invited to celebrate in a setting designed around shared moments and discovery, with floral blooms setting a quietly festive mood.
The experience began at a custom Chopard rose wall, where guests could capture the moment with a professional photograph against a backdrop of soft florals, a keepsake fit for the meaningful occasion. Guests received their portraits in elegant frames, creating a thoughtful memento of the celebration.
As Dom Pérignon flowed alongside a selection of canapés, the boutique settled into a polished yet relaxed atmosphere. Guests moved between conversation and the vitrines, taking in Chopard’s signature fine jewellery that brought the Mother’s Day spirit into focus amid rose accents.
Chopard’s endearing Happy Hearts collection formed a natural focal point throughout the evening. With its heart motifs and signature moving diamonds, the pieces brought a sense of lightness and movement to the Mother’s Day setting, reflecting the spirit of a maison often described as one with a big heart.
Seen amid fresh blooms and soft seasonal details, the collection felt especially fitting for the occasion. Across bracelets, bangles, and necklaces, the talisman hearts appeared in ethical rose gold, diamonds, mother-of-pearl, and coloured stones, each variation offering its own expression of devotion. In this intimate setting, Happy Hearts became a perfect tribute to Mother’s Day.
