A product purchased from Chopard Boutique GWC online can only be exchanged for another product or store credit within 15 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and returned in brand-new condition.
Please note that items with special orders (such as engraving or specific watch bracelet adjustments) are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged. Additionally, if a link adjustment is performed, or the protective stickers are removed, the product will be considered a final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
