At GWC, we ensure that your luxury timepiece or jewelry reaches you with the utmost care and security. We provide complimentary FedEx Priority Overnight delivery across North America for all online orders to ensure a secure and timely arrival.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

● Order Confirmation: After placing your order at www.globalwatchco.com, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours.
● Processing Time: Your order will be carefully inspected and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
● Tracking Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Your package typically arrives on the next business day after you receive this confirmation.

Please Note:
● Canadian Orders: Next-day delivery is guaranteed via FedEx Priority Overnight.
● U.S. Orders: Shipment is via FedEx Priority Overnight; however, delivery times are subject to customs clearance.
● P.O. Boxes: For security reasons, GWC does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A signature is required for all deliveries.

BOUTIQUE PICK-UP (Vancouver)

If you prefer to collect your order in person, the "Boutique Pick-Up" option is available at checkout.

● Appointment Required: To ensure a premium experience, please book an appointment using the link provided in your order confirmation email before visiting our boutique.

● What to Bring: To collect your order, please present the following:
1.  Order Confirmation Email
2. Electronic Invoice
3. A valid government-issued Photo ID (must match the name on the order)

Each item is meticulously inspected by our experts and shipped directly from our boutique in Vancouver, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, GWC offers complimentary shipping to Canada and the United States. We do not ship to international destinations outside of North America at this time.

Can I change my shipping address after the order is placed?
For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
