Nestled in the Jura Mountains, Le Locle is a town steeped in watchmaking history, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site for its horological significance. In 2021, TUDOR inaugurated its first dedicated Manufacture here, marking a new era for the
brand. The facility spans over 5,500 square meters across four levels, seamlessly integrating traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. Its striking red façade and energy-efficient design, featuring SageGlass-equipped bay windows and rooftop solar panels, embody TUDOR’s dedication to sustainability and aesthetic harmony.
The moment we stepped inside, we were in awe. The precision, the meticulous attention to detail, and the absolute dedication of the watchmakers were mesmerizing. Witnessing a TUDOR timepiece come to life—from movement assembly to quality control—was like watching a symphony of craftsmanship and engineering.
The Manufacture’s integration with the neighboring Kenissi facility, TUDOR’s movement production arm founded in 2016, further demonstrated the brand’s commitment to producing high-performance mechanical calibers. Every timepiece undergoes rigorous testing to ensure unparalleled quality and precision—something we at GWC are incredibly proud to bring to our clients.
